Yadea, the world’s top electric two-wheeler brand, has forged an exclusive strategic partnership with Indonesian listed company Indomobil at the 2023 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) to expand its reach to the Indonesian market. As per the partnership, Indomobil will serve as the only distributor of Yadea electric vehicles in Indonesia. Yadea’s advanced R&D facility and seven manufacturing plants in China and Vietnam will support Indomobil in offering high-quality electric vehicles and exceptional customer service to Indonesian customers. With a sales volume exceeding 13.86 million units in 2021, Yadea is confident that its electric vehicles will be the preferred choice for Indonesian consumers.
Yadea has been a leader in the global electric two-wheeler market, having been named the number one electric scooter and electric motorcycle company worldwide for the past seven years. As of 2021, the company has sold over 135 million electric two-wheelers globally, including in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. With its entry into the Indonesian market, Yadea aims to further solidify its position as the world’s top electric two-wheeler brand.
For Yadea, the strategic cooperation with Indomobil is an important step in the company’s global expansion strategy. During the event, Zhou Chao, Senior Vice President at Yadea, had the honor of meeting the Indonesian president at Yadea’s booth.
